not和no的区别

not是副词，用来否定动词、副词和形容词；no是形容词，用来杏定名词，并且常带有感情色彩或意味。

例如：

They are not our friends.

【译文】他们不是我们的朋友。

They are no friends of ours.

【译文】他们绝不是我们的朋友。

She is not a fool. ( = She is a normal woman.)

【译文】她不是个傻子。

She is no fool.

【译文】她一点儿都不傻
