1.Jane will appear offline whenever Paul is online. 只要保罗一上线,珍妮就会显示为脱机.

老外会说"I'm showing offline(我隐身了)".通常这样是为了躲避某人,但是又想和你说话,所以就会告诉你,I'm showing offline.

2. Log on for free. 免费注册.

Log on就是"登陆,注册"的意思.也可以说成log in.

You need a password to log on. 登录需要密码。

3.I hook up to the interent everyday. 我每天都挂在网上.

Hook up to the internet就是上网,连接网络的意思.

Hook up: to connect somebody/something to a piece of electronic equipment or to a power supply 把…接通电子设备（或电源）

Check that the computer is hooked up to the printer. 检查一下计算机是否与打印机接通.

4.I've just added you to my contacts list. 我已经把你添加进联系人名单了.
