The Tao of Pooh 《小熊维尼的道》 由作者班杰明霍夫 (Benjamin Hoff) 于一九八二年出版，是一本介绍道家思想的书，曾高居《纽约时报》畅销书排行榜长达四十九週，被多所大学当作介绍东方思想的课堂选读。书中引述小熊维尼原著和摘录后的道家经典，并将角色精神一一印证在老庄思想上，像原著中的兔子瑞比汲汲营营，凡事都有规画，最后事情却不一定有好结果；相反的，小熊维尼傻呼 呼、无欲无求的个性反而容易顺其自然成功，正是无为精神的最好代表。
